I am a dedicated and experienced caregiver with over 23 years as a CNA. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of caring for individuals across all stages of life, including time spent working in a mother-baby unit at UF Health Shands Hospital. That experience, combined with raising five children of my own, has given me a deep understanding of the physical and emotional needs of both mothers and newborns. I truly understand how important it is for mothers especially after childbirth to have time to rest, recover, and take care of their mental well-being. Adjusting to a new baby can be overwhelming, and having reliable, compassionate support can make all the difference. I offer flexible caregiving services designed to give mothers a much-needed break. Whether it's a few hours to catch up on sleep, attend to personal tasks, or simply have quiet time to recharge, I am here to provide safe, attentive, and nurturing care for your baby.
