I have 2 years of baby-sitting experience as I have tutored kids with special needs and babysat young kids and teenagers. I have worked with mostly kids aged 4+ to teenagers of age 15-16. I work well with Kids and am a very active and enthusiastic person. Even before the session, Rashi asked lots of questions to establish the key areas to focus on and was very specific. During the session, Rashi is patient and allowed time for my son to think and respond to her questions. Also, she was very good at encouraging honest conversation about the work and session, which I thought was great. Highly recommend.
