First time cleaning if staying consistent weekly/biweekly is 50. 00 additional so that it is maintainable the following weeks. An example of my pricing: 2750 square foot home with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a den 250. 00 first visit and then 200 there after if biweekly and 170. 00 if weekly
