About Ariana

TLDR: Ariana is incredible and whichever family gets her next is extremely lucky. We ran a long, thorough hiring process, lots of interviews, because we wanted someone who made our house and our time with the kids fun, not just supervised. Ariana was exactly that. She joined us six weeks before our third child was born, and by then we already trusted her enough to have her there for the birth, a home birth, looking after our other two right through it. She's engaged with all three kids (ages 5, 2, and a newborn) without leaning on screens, and always found something for them to do. She built real routines with the kids, cooked well, and used her own judgement about what needed doing rather than waiting to be told. Beyond that, the standout was a week-long trip to London with us. She handled the jet lag (and the kids with jet lag) and the long-haul flight with three kids and just got on with it, smiling the whole way. She's honest, reliable, and professional, with real educational childcare experience that shows in how she works. She's leaving us because our two oldest are now starting school full time and our needs at home have changed, not for anything to do with her. We're sad to be moving into this next phase without her. Whoever gets Ariana next is a very lucky family, simple as that.
