About Arianna

I have over 8 years of experience working with kids if all ranges . I am a big sister of (3) and played a major role with taking care of 2 of them . I have experience with working with infants and toddlers ( feeding , diaper changing , cleaning , creating educational activities). I previously worked at an elementary school as an after school team leader for a little over a year . I possess the skills of being attentive, patient , communicative, creative and adaptable. As a team leader my focus was to lead and coordinate educational activities supporting students and staff. I also focused on managing student behavior, fostering a positive learning environment , collaborating with parents and educators and conflict management. I am currently a nanny part time, doing morning drop offs (3 children) while balancing my current state job working overnight. Also, I would like to add I am CPR/ First Aid certified.
