About ARLENE

I'd describe my personality as kind, caring and compassionate. I like caring for seniors because I find seniors enjoyable to spend time with. I love hearing about their lives, and helping to continue enjoying every day life to the fullest. I'm looking for a job I can make a positive and meaningful difference in the life of another. I started caring for seniors when my own mother was aging, and because of distance wasn't able to care for her day to day. It was recommended to me to help others, and so happy that I did. My mother was also a caregiver for many years so I knew that I would love it. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my miniature french poodle Henry, and shopping to prepare a delicious dinner. One thing you should know about me is I am a genuinely good person I have been told. My skills include being an attentive and good listener, creating a safe, warm and engaging time spent together.
