About Arleni

I'd describe my personality as adventurous, ambitious, and empathetic. I like working with kids because I love witnessing their curiosity and watching them explore the world in their own way. I'm looking for a job where I am able to use my knowledge and skills to make an impact. I started working with kids at a KinderCare. The daycare has babies from 2-month-olds to children of ages 14. I had the opportunity to be a floater around all the different ages. I then taught the 3-year-old classroom. I've also worked at a different daycare where I taught a 2-year-old classroom. I'm currently working as a behavioral paraprofessional at a elementary school. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym and go shopping. My skills include active listening, planning, enthusiasm.
