Arlenny has been our full-time nanny for 2.5 months so far. She is working long hours for us at 3, 12 hour shifts because we work long days, and we are so happy that she comes to work with a positive attitude and gives so much love to our now almost 9 month old. She has helped us establish his nap routine, helps around the house, goes on outings with the baby to give him social stimulation, and does cute art projects with him which are fun for him and we love as parents. She has a background in childhood education and was also our daycare teacher for our other son so we know her great work ethic and understanding of where your child should be at developmentally.
