About Arthur

I've spent the last five years doing summer camps with kids, being a counselor for the first 3 years and for my last year I lead counselors as an Area Director. My passion for fostering their growth and development stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on young lives. I've been a personal babysitter for my mentors Joe & Heather who have 3 amazing kids under 7 years old. I believe in open communication with parents, providing daily written reports, and regular updates via text or phone calls to ensure everyone is on the same page. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules and enjoy playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports to board games that builds relationship.
