About Ashanti

Hi there! My name is Ashanti, and I am a passionate, patient, and nurturing childcare professional with over 5 years of experience caring for 0-14-year-olds in engaging, developmentally appropriate environments. I have an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor's degree in Child, Family, and Youth Studies, and a Master's degree in School Counseling. Currently, I work as a school counselor, where I support children's social-emotional growth, development, and overall well-being. I also have experience as a developmental specialist working with children ages 0-3 and their families, helping little ones meet important developmental milestones and providing families with support and resources. I pride myself on being caring, observant, dependable, and easy to communicate with. Building strong, trusting relationships with families is very important to me, and I strive to create a safe, loving, and enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
