Hi, I'm Asha Experience summary - In one on one settings, I have been responsible for school/daycare pick up, newborn care, meal prep, laundry, engaging activities with the children. Sometimes if I have siblings, I've been responsible for navigating the needs for both kids at the same time and their respective schedules/diets. I have also been responsible for taking kids to the park or library or maybe a doctors appointment if the school or daycare calls saying that they're sick. I've assisted with potty training and also enrichment such as reading and writing. In group settings, such as camp I've been responsible for leading groups of children from 10 younger kids to 20 or 30 school aged kids. This would include knowing allergies, preferences, disabilities, routines, drop off and pick up instructions in terms of who is verified guardian or parent.
