About Ashlee

Working with children is my true passion. I find it incredibly rewarding to support their growth and development. I have three years of professional childcare experience and currently work as a Lead Toddler Teacher, caring for a classroom of 18 toddlers. I hold an Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Education as well as First Aid and CPR certifications. I am comfortable caring for children of all ages, with a particular love for infants through preschoolers. My experience also includes working as a mother's helper, providing household cleaning, and caring for a child with a rare genetic condition. I am happy to assist with meals, light housekeeping, routines, and activities. I enjoy creating engaging experiences through outdoor play, crafts, reading, and educational activities while maintaining household rules and routines. I value open communication and strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. I am looking for a family I can grow with!
