Ashley was an incredible nanny for our family, working with my son from ages 3 to 4.5, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From day one, she was reliable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in my son’s growth and happiness. She was always on time, organized, and proactive in ensuring that his routine was smooth and consistent. Ashley truly cared about his development and helped him learn and explore, both intellectually and creatively. What really stood out was the bond she formed with him. She had a natural way of connecting with my son, making him feel safe, loved, and understood. I always felt at ease knowing that she was there for him. I trusted Ashley completely—not just to care for him at home, but to pick him up from school, engage with his teachers, and keep me updated on his progress. Her communication with both him and us as parents was excellent, and she always kept us informed on anything important. Ashley’s dedication went beyond basic caregiving—she became an integral part of our family. She respected our parenting style and values, but also brought her own thoughtful approach to nurturing my son. Her warm, positive energy made every day with her a joy, and I will always be grateful for the love and care she gave our son.
