I'm a highschool student committed to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive as I am aiming to be a pediatric nurse! I have experience with tutoring and taking care of children with special needs. My passion for childcare stems from my positive experiences and personal belief which motivates me to support families by providing reliable childcare options. I'm known for my patient and calm demeanor, as well as my creativity and imagination. I enjoy playing various games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. When it comes to communication with parents, I believe in open and transparent dialogue. I provide verbal updates at pickup and follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure any issues or concerns are promptly addressed. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain a safe and structured environment for the children in my care.
