My approach is patient, calm, and detail-oriented. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I have some high school education, CPR training, and First Aid certifications. I'm comfortable with pets and have my own car. Supporting families and enhancing the well-being of seniors is my passion, and I look forward to bringing my experience to your family.
