About Ashley

Hello there! I'm Ashley, or you can call me Ash. I'm 22 years old and absolutely love working with children of all ages, including teens. I've spent 5 years working with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism. I started working in mental health, studied psychology, and have always had a passion for helping people. I've also worked in hospice care for 3 years and became a yoga teacher and personal trainer, helping seniors, children, individuals with PTSD, and people with disabilities. I believe children, seniors, and those with extra support needs deserve compassionate care. I know caregiving can be exhausting for parents and family caregivers who give so much of themselves every day, which is why I love stepping in to help. I would be honored to support you and your loved ones with kindness, patience, and genuine care.
