About Ashley

I bring a comprehensive background in childcare, having completed numerous babysitting courses and maintained First Aid and CPR certifications from my time as a lifeguard. My experience covers a wide range, from newborns to 12-year-olds, including those with special needs. Starting with assisting at a summer school, I transitioned to babysitting for various families for five years. During high school, I participated in the PALS program and volunteered at my church's nursery. In college, I supervised 30 preschoolers at a Lutheran church, ensuring their safety after school, and worked as a substitute teacher. My childcare method focuses on creating a nurturing space that promotes creativity and positive growth, employing patience, adaptability, and a positive demeanor to foster strong, communicative relationships with both children and their parents.
