About Ashley

I'd describe my personality as calm, caring and attentive. I like working with kids because they remind me of the joy of life. I am pretty open for what I am looking for in a care job. I want to work with families with values of trust and open communication. I started working with kids when I was young, babysitting for my sister at 17. I began working as a paraprofessional in public schools, private schools and later became a behavioral technician for special needs students. I have 6 years professional experience but have about 10 altogether. In my spare time, I like to hike, practice yoga, read books and dance! One thing you should know about me is I am open-minded and value honesty. My skills include interactive play, listening/ problem solving and overall attentive to needs.
