About Ashley

Hello! I'm Ashley. If your little ones need supervision, care, or entertainment while you're busy or away, I'd be happy to help! I'm a certified yoga teacher who brings yoga philosophy into everyday life and into my work with children. This looks like being fully present, helping children understand and navigate big feelings, encouraging kindness, empathy, and self-awareness, and creating a calm environment where curiosity, play, and the experience itself matter more than the outcome. I also enjoy incorporating mindful breathing, movement, and plenty of active play. I'm currently finishing school for massage therapy and will graduate this summer. In my free time, I love being outdoors, reading, doing arts and crafts, and exploring trails with my dog, Iris. For your child's safety, I require information about any allergies, medical concerns, or special needs, along with at least two emergency contacts. I look forward to meeting your family!
