About Ashley

Hi! My name is Ashley, and I have 5 years of experience working in early childhood education and over 15 years in childcare. I've had the opportunity to work with children of all ages, from infants through school-age children. I previously worked at Cedarville and currently work with Baby Gator at the University of Florida, where I work closely with young children and their families. Through these experiences, I've developed a strong understanding of children's individual needs, developmental stages, and the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment. I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities, playing, reading, getting outside, and simply being a positive and dependable person for children to spend time with. I'm responsible, patient, and attentive, and I always strive to make children feel comfortable, supported, and cared for.
