Hi there, I'm Ashley! I'm currently a toddler teacher (1. 5-2. 5-year-olds) in a center based program, and am looking to switch to a more personal role providing a tailored experience in your home or mine. About me: ~4+years experience in child care centers working with infants through preschool ~6+years as a CPST (car seat tech) ~6 years experience as a medical assistant in pediatric clinics ~10+ years experience in home babysitting ~CPR/first aid/AED certified ~Excellent references I follow developmentally appropriate practices that support independence, freedom within boundaries, and respect for each child's physical, emotional, and social growth at all ages.
