About Ashlie

I'd describe myself as caring, outgoing, patient, and understanding. I love working with children because they're curious, energetic, and full of personality! I enjoy creating a safe, fun environment where kids can learn, play, and be themselves. I started working with children in 2014, right after high school, while pursuing my Early Childhood Education studies. Since then, working with kids has been something I truly enjoy and value. I'm looking for a family where I can build a genuine connection with the children, be someone they feel comfortable with, and provide dependable support to the parents. My strengths include patience, keeping children engaged, and creating a safe and nurturing environment. In my spare time, I enjoy going to church, spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, and visiting Disney. I'm excited to meet a wonderful family they can trust and rely on.
