Ash (they/she): I love and appreciate children! I've been nannying for over 18 years, working with all age groups. I encourage kids to explore their environment: discovering nature and the neighborhood, playing games, building forts, working on art, reading, incorporating music and creativity, going on special outings. I am attentive to children's basic needs. I assist with homework, support growth with education and life lessons, and help kids be more responsible and independent. That often includes letting the child lead in their exploration and curiosity. As well, I find it important to help kids work on healthy communication, critical thinking, compassion, and emotional intelligence. I am very responsible, clear on boundaries, fun, kind, patient and tidy. My experience has also been proven in my many years substitute teaching, teaching dance and tutoring. Ash is a gem! Always on-time, and an open communicator, she embodies professionalism in every way. What truly sets her apart in our opinion though is her dedication to our son's development.
