About Athena

As the oldest of 8 siblings, I've been helping care for kids for as long as I can remember. That experience naturally led me to babysitting professionally, which I've now been doing for over 7 years. I'm currently working at an afterschool program, where I get to help kids learn, play, and grow in a safe and supportive environment. Before moving, I took care of my baby brother daily, and that role really deepened my love for childcare. I'm now looking for a position that continues to motivate me and helps me grow in this field One thing you should know about me is that I seem shy at first, but I truly love to have fun, keep kids engaged, and bring positive energy to their day. Whether it's through games, creative activities, or just being present, I do my best to make every day a good one. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, doing art activities, and picking up new hobbies many of which I love sharing with the kids I care for
