Hi! I'm Aubrey and I currently live in Hood River. I am a Learning Specialist in The Dalles at A local elementary school. I have my Bachelors of Science in Human Development and Family Science (HDFS) from Oregon State University- Go Beavs!!! And I have my Masters of Science in Special Education Early intervention through age 21 with an emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorder from Western Oregon University. I graduated with that in 2016. :) I have been a babysitter since I was 13 and nanny since college. I have worked with numerous families with multiple children in each and of all ages. I am still close with a handful of those families too! Some I've even watched their first as a newborn and then turned around and watched their second as a newborn some years down the road. I very much would love to do infant care again but I know that's tough with part time. I am mostly available weekends and date nights since I do work full time Monday- Friday.

Aubrey cared for our daughter full-time in our home from the time she was three months to one year old. Aubrey quickly became a part of our family, and it was truly special to see our little girl's face light up each morning when Aubrey arrived. Aubrey was reliable and very passionate about her work. Caring for children is more than just a job for Aubrey; she is genuinely committed to her role in helping children grow and develop and is always furthering her own knowledge--researching, reading, and sharing. Aubrey introduced many developmental activities into our house. She was incredible at helping us create a routine for our daughter, as well as sticking to whatever schedule/guidelines we had put into place for her. She is patient, comforting, kind, and funny. Aubrey helped to shape our daughter into the amazing little girl she is today, and we will have a forever connection with her for that. When our daughter turned one, we felt our daughter needed more interaction with other children and decided to enroll her in a daycare center. Otherwise, we would never have parted ways with Aubrey. We give her our highest recommendation.
