About Audrey

I would describe myself as nurturing, gentle, and empathetic. I can provide grounded support as well as go with the flow as needs change. My experience in companion caregiving has included a few different clients, including adults with disabilities, adults who are recovering post-surgery, hospice clients, and routine elder care, as well as assisting friends and family. I have found my experience navigating my own health journey has been very helpful in being a support person for who are encountering limitations and health changes. One thing I am proud to say is that I am good at figuring things out. If there's anything that is new to me, I bring curiosity and patience while I troubleshoot, communicate, and learn. Another thing I am proud of is that I can talk to pretty much anyone about pretty much anything. I love hearing clients tell stories about their lives. I can also appreciate that not every person is in the mood to talk all the time, and I am okay with quiet too.
