About August

Hi! My name is August, I'm 25, and I recently moved to New York City from a small town in California. I'm currently looking for work and am open to helping with a variety of needs around the home! I'm responsible, dependable, hardworking, and enjoy making life a little easier for others. I have 3+ years of experience babysitting and dog sitting, along with 4+ years working with children as a tutor and gymnastics instructor. I'm comfortable caring for children, pets, and homes, and I'm happy to help wherever needed. I'm also experienced with housekeeping and household tasks, including cleaning, organizing, laundry, dishes, errands, and cooking. I'm fluent in English and Spanish and have a degree in Public Relations and Journalism, with 4+ years of professional work experience. Whether you need a babysitter, dog sitter, housekeeper, personal helper, or an extra set of hands, I'd be happy to help!
