About Autumn

I'd describe my personality as head strong, loyal, and bubbly I like working with kids because I love seeing them learn as they grow. The smiles on their faces when they realized they did something or accomplished a task they didn't think they'd ever get by. I'm looking for a job that I also feel a connection with the kids because every child wants to feel loved and safe and for them to be themselves. I'm also looking for a job where I am getting good hourly wage. I started working with kids when I was a sophomore in high school at a daycare in 2019. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym and take a walk outside. One thing you should know about me is I make sure the job is done right and that the kids needs matter to me more than mine. I want to help guide them through a problem instead of resulting into anger or sadness but allow them to feel their feelings My skills include problem solving, working as a team, and strong work ethic
