About Autumn

I'm a 27-year-old graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at M. University with a background in government affairs and nonprofit administration. Through both professional and personal experience, I understand many of these challenges and am committed to providing compassionate, person-centered support. I provide in-hospital and at-home assistance, including support with daily living activities, medication reminders, post-operative recovery, appointment accompaniment, companionship, and healthcare advocacy.
