About Autumn

Hi! I'm Autumn, an outgoing and creative 28-year-old! I've worked as a full-time nanny, assistant teacher, and tutor with children of various ages. I have a bachelor's in Human Development and Family Studies- Health and Society, and a Master of Social Work from UNC Chapel Hill. I also work part-time as an LCSWA therapist. I've loved childcare since my teens! I'm available for occasional babysitting, recurring part-time care, and overnights. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, have my own car, and can provide references. I'm patient, proactive, dependable, silly, and easygoing! I'm firm but kind, value routines, and love helping kids feel safe while growing into their unique selves. I enjoy crafts, imaginative play, games, learning about kids' interests, and outings when appropriate. Outside of work, I love adventures, making art, volunteering, spending time with friends and my cats, dancing to '80s alternative music, and traveling!
