On and off for the past 10 years, Autumn has cared for my children. She is nothing short of attentive, caring, and fast acting in event of emergencies. Respects wishes for how I prefer certain disciplines handled, and is extremely communicative. Documents well for any injury, and with the past 10 years, caring from infancy to almost pre-teen for 2 children, has a lot of experience. Very good with neurodivergent children, and finding ways of non-verbal communication and de-escalation tactics. Recently decided to homeschool the elder child 2 years ago, and Autumn can pick up right where I left off, and excelling faster than I for teaching 1 on 1! More than just child care, a real package and knows what's needed before I can think. 100/10 recommendation, children are always safe with her.
