About Autumn

Childcare is something I genuinely enjoy because it allows me to make a positive impact in a child's life while providing families with dependable support. I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable, valued, and encouraged to be themselves. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician with children under 8 years old, where I help support developmental and behavioral goals. I have also worked as a Tutor for students from kindergarten through fourth grade, which has strengthened my ability to adapt to different personalities, learning styles, and needs. I have completed coursework in Social work with a minor in Psychology, which has further developed my understanding of child development and effective communication. I am excited for the opportunity to help your children learn, grow, and have fun in a safe environment.
