About Ava

Hi I'm Ava! My childcare experience began in my early teen years when I started babysitting close friends and neighbors. Since then, I have had various babysitting jobs from one time date night outings to routine after school care. Recently, I have worked as an ABA behavior technician with children with autism spectrum disorder and in an elementary school as a child care aide. I am adult and pediatric first aid and CPR certified as well. I am recent graduate of Grand Valley State University where I have earned my Bachelor's of Science in psychology and juvenile justice! My plans for the future are to attend graduate school to become an LMSW and work as a children and family therapist. Some more things about me is that I love arts and crafts, baking, reading books, listening to music, doing my hair and makeup, spending time with the people I love, and enjoying the little things in life. I am SO excited to hear from you and eventually meet you and your families! :)
