About Ava

Hi!! My name is Ava, I'm 20 years old, and the oldest child. I've been taking care of kids since my sisters were born, however I got my first nanny job at 14. I absolutely love working with kids, learning their personalities, and their needs. I understand that each kid responds differently to various situations, and I find fulfillment in figuring out what works best for each individual. As much as I love working with kids, I also love working with parents. Parents are so incredibly busy, so I'm more than willing to help with household chores and tasks- and have plenty of experience doing so. I'm experienced in, and comfortable with, getting kids ready for school/appointments and providing transportation.
