About Ava

Hello! My name is Ava, and I am a Nursing student at PLNU, entering my second year, and am seeking opportunities in senior and adult care. I am available until the end of August before returning to school. In 2024, I completed the CNA program at Modesto Junior College, where I developed a deep passion for caring for older adults with compassion, patience, and dignity. I also volunteered with Older Wiser Loving Souls, providing companionship to residents in long-term care facilities. That experience showed me how meaningful emotional support and connection can be. While I do not yet have formal paid experience in senior care, I am eager and very willing to learn. As a nursing student, I am excited to continue growing my caregiving skills and gaining hands-on experience. I am dependable, attentive, patient, and passionate about helping others feel safe, respected, and cared for.
