About Ava

Hi there! I'm Ava! I'd describe my personality as energetic, caring, and compassionate -- the perfect mix for your little ones! At the risk of sounding cheesy, I like working with kids because I like helping future generations learn and grow. My dream is to become a special education teacher and support students with special needs. I'm looking for a job that will not only allow me the opportunity to inspire kiddos, but will also allow the kiddos to inspire me and help me learn and grow. I started working with kids when I got my babysitting license at age 12, over 6 years ago. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and my pets, sing, read, and spend time with kiddos and friends! My skills include providing safe, age-appropriate activities for kiddos of all ages, communicating effectively with both parents and children, and being patient, even when things are challenging.
