About Ava

I am a recent graduate of Rowan University. I am dually certified, special education K-12 and general education K-6. I am in my second year of teaching. It is my goal to ensure I meet my learners where they are and provide them with lifelong strategies to support their educational experience. *I am interested in a summer position for all hours Monday-Friday. *I am also interested in tutoring throughout the school year Monday-Friday after school hours. I like tutoring because it enables young scholars to grow and glow as they become confident in their academic abilities. I'm looking for a consistent position that allows me to assist the scholar in their best learning environment. I started tutoring this year for the scholars in my school. I have tutored from second to fourth grade. One thing you should know about me is I will be very accommodating and mindful while tutoring your student. I will be respectful of time and any set boundaries prior to beginning tutoring sessions.
