About Ava

I am a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic caregiver with over seven years of experience working with children ages 4-14 as a before and after school program lead. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment where all children feel comfortable and valued. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology and am currently completing my master's degree in school psychology, where I intern daily at an elementary school supporting students' social and emotional growth. I also lead a youth group for teens and enjoy helping kids feel connected, supported, and confident. I am also an auntie to my three beautiful nieces (seen in my profile pictures) who I also help care for and support! I am CPR and First Aid certified and love playing, engaging, and building meaningful relationships with children in my care.
