About Avanika

Hi! My name is Avanika. I have been working with children for 7 years and am currently getting my master's degree in School Psychology My favorite age group is 3-5, but I have experience with all ages. I am from Long Island but currently live in Bed-Stuy. I'm looking for a part-time role due to being a full time grad student! My rates start at $20 an hour. I have worked as a babysitter, tutor, and in school/camp settings. I have advanced coursework in child development. My focus is on giving your child a comfortable, routine-focused and creative space to learn, grow, and be curious! I love arts & crafts, creative writing, pretend play, encouraging independence, and fun outings! At 23, I still love exploring and creating, and I'm excited to share that joy with your child.
