About Averi

I'd describe my personality patient and silly! In my spare time, I like to read, knit, and scrapbook! I LOVE crafting. I like working with kids because I love helping them become more comfortable and confident in who they are. I love getting to build a safe space for them when they aren't with mom or dad! I'm looking for a job that I can do while I'm in school. I previously worked at a daycare where I worked with all ages of kids from infants to school age! You should know I'm probably gonna be talking about how much I love your kids when I'm not working! When I wasn't at the daycare while working there all I could think of was the kiddos I had in my class. Kids are so silly and give me a lot of funny stories to tell my friends! My skills include time management (i. e putting kids to sleep on time, diapering on time, feeding on time), helping kids calm down when they're experiencing big emotions, and keeping them entertained and engaged.
