About Avery

My passion for childcare stems from positive experiences babysitting and a desire to support families. I've also spent a large part of my life caring for my two youngest sisters, who are 6 and 8 years old. I'm patient, creative, and friendly. I prioritize clear communication with parents, adapting to your preferred method for daily updates or addressing any concerns. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor games, being active, board games, and educational activities. I am comfortable caring for up to four children and I am a 21-year-old, 3rd year college student at the University of Connecticut studying nutrition so I love all things food and I'm happy to assist with cooking, along with any other household tasks. I'm CPR certified and have a car for transportation. I'll be home from June 1st to August 27th. Also home for a week in May if help is needed then. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
