About Avery

Caring for children has always been a passion of mine! With eight years of experience caring for children of all ages in household and school settings. I'm eager to bring my friendly and adventurous personality to your family. I hold a college degree from Skidmore College in Psychology with a minor in Education Studies and have training in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Child Development coursework. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. I'm comfortable caring for up to five children and enforcing household rules. I usually communicate with parents through verbal updates and text or phone calls, but I am very flexible and always happy to follow your preferred method of communication! I'm also happy to help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, crafts, and swimming supervision. I would love to bring my experience and enthusiasm to your home!
