About Ayana

Hi My name is Ayana and I'm looking forward to the opportunity to help you and your kids thrive. I have my Bachelor of Arts in Social Work, as well as my Assistant Childcare Teaching Certification and Infant Child Care Cert. I have experience working as a case manager for children in foster care and their families where my knowledge of safety of children has become advanced. In addition to this role, I have also worked as a Behavior Therapist for children on the spectrum; this play based therapy is transferrable to all kids - typical or otherwise. I am a passionate traveler and mental health and disability advocate. I am full of energy and implement that into childcare as well. I can provide service in my home or yours. My mission is to give children well-rounded, fulfilling care - this includes outdoor adventures, learning opportunities through play, and individualism for each child.
