I am a Howard educated doula, and open to working with growing families. I am creative, I love to paint and work with different art mediums. I have experience as a teacher, excellent with children. I am talented in the art of natural hair, so if any families are looking for help or general education caring for their child(ren)'s crown I would love to be able to assist there. I am a yoga instructor, and have plenty of history teaching all ages and all bodies. I am a former Boys & Girls Club employee where I helped facilitate a safe, fun and educational environment for children ranging in ages from 5 to 17 as part of a team. I tutored young students daily in math, science and English in our homework club. It was apart of my job to creatively come up with educational activities for the children daily. In the past, I would babysit for various families, evenings and weekends around my school schedule. In my most recent job I started as an instructor for this after school program.

She was dependable, attentive, and incredibly patient. Ayanna was comfortable administering medications to my son with autism on time and always followed instructions carefully. She kept me updated throughout the day with text messages, letting me know how the children were doing and giving me peace of mind while I was away. She regularly took the my boys to the park and engaged them in fun, creative activities! My children genuinely enjoyed spending time with her and always looked forward to seeing her. I trusted Ayanna completely in my home and with the care of my little boys. She is responsible, caring, trustworthy, and communicates exceptionally well.
