Nurturing young minds is a true passion of mine, and I am dedicated to supporting children's development as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT). My training allows me to implement behavior plans, encourage positive behaviors, and provide structured, compassionate care tailored to each child's needs. I aim to make a meaningful impact while offering dependable, professional support to families. I am patient, calm, creative, and friendly, with one year of experience caring for children from infants to pre-teens. I respect each family's rules and communication style. I enjoy engaging kids in educational play, board games, puzzles, and outdoor activities. I can also help with cooking, light housekeeping, crafts, and swimming supervision. As a bilingual caregiver (English and Spanish), I communicate effectively with families. I am excited to bring my RBT skills, dedication, and enthusiasm to help children grow and thrive.
