About Ayushi

My name is Ayushi and I have been working with children for about 3 years. Additionally, I have about 4 years of volunteer experience in working with kids. I'm passionate about providing quality child care because I believe children deserve to be understood for the unique individuals that they are. Every child is different and they deserve personalized care. I have been working with children with autism for about 3 years and I plan on getting my masters in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field. I understand that these children require much more patience and understanding and it's been so rewarding to see how much they've have progressed in the time I've worked with them. Additionally, I have experience in potty-training children and children with autism. I am trained in Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS) and am currently working towards being a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
