About Bailee

Caring for infants has been a lifelong passion of mine. From age 11, I had dreamed of becoming a neonatal nurse practitioner helping babies in the NICU, and I followed that path through college. Along the way, I realized what fulfilled me most was caring for infants in a more hands-on, consistent role while also supporting parents as they navigate a new world. I pride myself on being professional yet nurturing, responsible yet warm. My goal is not only to care for your little one, but to become someone you feel completely comfortable relying on. I have years of experience caring for infants, starting as early as 2 weeks old and caring for multiples. Helping parents set a routine, and helping newborns reach appropriate milestones is where I shine. The knowledge I have for every stage through infancy helps you trust that your babies have the best care. It is a great honor to be so highly trusted by past families and being able to make a difference in your lives.
