Hi, I'm Bailee! I am a proud mom and a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with over 15 years of professional care experience. While much of my career has been in clinical geriatric care, my medical background combined with my personal experience raising my own child gives me a deeply reliable, unique skill set for childcare. As an LPN, infant and child safety, routine tracking, and creating a structured environment are second nature to me. As a mom, I know firsthand the immense trust it takes to welcome a nanny into your home. Whether you work away from home or in a home office, you can count on me to manage daily routines independently with total peace of mind. I am a non-smoker with my own safe transportation, an up-to-date CPR certification, and am comfortable around pets. I'm also happy to assist with light housekeeping and meal prep.
