About Bailee

Fostering children's growth and development is my passion. I have cared for children since age 12, helping with my younger brothers with autism and babysitting for local families. I also have about one year of professional experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, supporting children on the autism spectrum with communication, skill development, and positive behaviors. With a college degree that included Early Child Development coursework, I provide reliable, patient, and creative care for up to three children ages four and older. I am CPR and First Aid certified and prioritize safety at all times. I enjoy keeping children engaged through outdoor activities, puzzles, educational games, and other age-appropriate learning experiences. I can also help with meal preparation, carpooling, homework, and light housekeeping. I value clear communication and will follow your preferred method for updates.
