Hi! Parents, I am Bailee! I am 20 years old and currently in college for marketing as well as getting my postpartum doula certificate. I have been nannying for over 4 years and still going strong! I've watched newborns all the way to teenagers. I have also watched multiples at once of different variations of ages. I am CPR certified and have reliable transportation and willing to travel to wherever needed. I have plenty of references and love creating a friendship with all my families so I can all communicate and get along as one unit. I'm open to helping out as a occasional sitter/date nights or fitting you into my schedule weekly.

Bailee was great! She helped us out with our 2 year old daughter, and was on time and helped clean up without even asking! 10/10 recommend. 

Showed up and went home sick on the first day. Said she would be late on the second day. Was not reliable for our needs.

Bailee was nice and attentive. She was also able to keep my house nice and tidy by the time I arrived home which was a huge help!!

She is a wonderful nanny , who takes the time and effort to get to know the parents and the children. 

It’s always a great sign when your kids block the door because they don’t want their sitter to leave!  My kids love Bailee, and she gives my wife and I peace of mind when she takes care of them. 

She was great with our kids and making sure they felt safe and was easy to work with!  

Our daughter loved Bailee, she would always call out for her. Bailee was a essential part of our family for so long! She was great in helping run errands and take the toddler to her classes and do all the fun activities. Would definitely recommend her! 

I can’t say enough good things about Bailee! This was our first time leaving our toddler with a sitter and she completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment I contacted her to when she arrived she was professional, kind and confident and fast at responding to my calls and messages which immediately put us at ease. She was incredibly patient and engaging with our energetic toddler keeping him entertained and happy and she also kept me updated throughout the time she watched our him which I loved! 

Knowing that our child was in such capable hands allowed us to relax and enjoy our time away. We will absolutely be booking her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and exceptional babysitter.❤️❤️

Bailee watched our 7 week old while we attended a wedding weekend. She was great at communicating and was flexible with our ever changing plans! She was also very confident and competent in caring for our newborn. Would definitely hire again!

Bailee M was an amazing nanny for me! Bailee never complained, never hesitated to come, when I would call with short notice to watch my 3 year old girl and 7 year old boy. I recommend her to anyone!! She’s amazing with the kids and they love seeing her!! 

She was great and payed attention to the kids at all time. We loved her and how much she loved the kids. 

We had an appointment to meet. She never came, she communicated she felt sick. Stopped responding. Seems unreliable.
